Field Trip Stanmer Park

Spelling My Name

These images were produced using shapes found in the surrounding area at Stanmer Park in order to resemble letters and therefore spell my name. I have to admit that some letters were a little bit challenging for example, like the letter 'E' as I had to use my imagination in order to create it as I used the bench but it was fun trying to think 'outside the box' and use the imagination to create letters.

Stanmer Park and Stanmer Village
I took many photos in order to show the lifestyle of the village - the people, work, animals, etc. but I only used these 4 images as I've felt they represented the lifestyle of the village the best.

The first photo has to do with work and it shows that even though the village is quiet and surrounded by nature, trees and greens, it can be distracted by some work done on the roads and so I used this photo to represents the work done which is not expected at this village. The third photo is more traditional as again has to do with working and we see a man alone fixing his roof just by using a ladder and this creates an antithesis but also shows the different works done in the village. However, the second photo has to do with a more relaxed lifestyle, people sitting there and enjoying their food, drink and what makes this photo interesting is the bins which present the reality. The last photo is different as it shows a horse which represents a different lifestyle and what animals this village has. The horse can also be used for traditional reasons, for work but like the second photo we see a different and relaxed lifestyle.
